3. What are the primary and secondary activities of logistics?
4. State the differences between warehousing and inventory.
5. Explain the following functions of warehousing:
- a. Receiving
- b. Quality control
- c. Inventory control
- d. Order preparation
- e. Dispatch
6. Define reverse logistics. Explain and exemplify how this process is carried out. How can reverse logistics be applied to a camp or camporee?
7. How does the supply chain work in logistics?
8. What is the difference between distribution logistics and transportation logistics?
9. What is inventory management? What is its importance in your club’s cooking at a camporee?
10. Relate a Biblical story in which logistics and inventory management played an important role.
