Slackline

Requirements

1. Know where and how slacklining originated in the world and in Brazil.

2. Know and explain the safety rules for the safe practice of slacklining.

3. Name at least two variations or modalities of slacklining and describe their characteristics.

4. Mention some benefits that the practice of slacklining can bring to those who practice it.

5. Complete the round trip on a slackline at least 5 meters long, half a meter high from the ground, in up to 30 seconds.

6. Complete the route, and in the middle of the slackline perform a “butt bounce” (sit down, jump and continue walking on the slackline) and continue the route.

7. Perform a “walking backwards” (walk backwards on the slackline) in 30 seconds.

8. Perform a “turn around” (walk and turn) without losing balance.

9. Perform a “Sit Down” (sit on the slackline) and maintain balance for at least 15 seconds.
