Temperate Grasslands - Advanced

Overview

Learn and experience in person everything that was earned in the basic honor and assist in preserving this important biome.

Requirements

1. Earn the Temperate Grasslands Honor.

2. Visit a grassland community for at least one day. Write a report about the following things (including maps, photographs or drawings may help):

*** Where was the grassland you visited?

  • When did you visit?
  • What did you do there?
  • What new information did you learn about this type of habitat beyond what was learned in the basic honor?
  • Provide information about the specific grassland you visited.
  • What did you learn about yourself while visiting the grassland?**

3. Participate in a conservation project focusing on the protection of this habitat.

4. Present to a group a spiritual lesson based on your conservation efforts.
